Set a brief you can actually act on

Choose one permitted site and a local sending hour. Email is an opted-in delivery channel; new workspace weekly/monthly reports are saved in-app.

On a narrow screen, scroll the table sideways to read the verification column.

Work through the distinction

A daily message can analyze data whose cutoff is several days earlier. Read the cutoff before reacting; the sending date is not the search-data date.

WORKED EXAMPLE

A report you can act on.

Illustrative data, not a customer result. The report explains the evidence before suggesting a change.

PRIORITY CHECK

Review the product guide before rewriting every title.

Clicks fell by 60 while impressions rose by 2,000. Start with the page that lost most clicks, then verify its queries in Search Console.

1. Evidence: where to start

In the separate page report, /guides/choosing-a-desk/ went from 120 to 70 clicks: 50 of the 60 lost clicks in this example. That makes it a useful first check, not proof that its title is wrong.

2. Verification: connect the page to its queries

In Search Console, open Performance → Search results, keep the same dates and country, add an exact page filter, then open Queries. Compare the same query and device in both periods. AISEO Site’s separate page and query lists do not establish this relationship.

3. Action: change only what the evidence supports

If relevant queries and position are stable, inspect the actual search result and page. For a desk-size query, add a useful size comparison only if the page lacks one. A clearer title is worth testing only when the page can fulfill it.

4. Follow-up: record, then compare

Save the URL, query, filters and edit date. Recheck after enough complete data has accumulated using the same filters. Daily email delivery is a reminder to review evidence, not a reason to edit every day.

Limits: averages can hide query changes; small samples, data delay and seasonality can change the interpretation. This example does not establish a cause or predict traffic, sales or rankings.

Before using it, understand these details.

How it works, data boundaries, and applicable conditions.

How to turn it on and off

Go to the workspace, choose a site you have access to, select the time zone and send hour in account settings, then enable email. Each account subscribes to one site at a time, at most one per local date; you can stop delivery in settings or at the bottom of the email.

One email, three questions

What changed? Which pages are worth checking? How do you verify next? The summary does not dress up data fluctuations as firm conclusions.

Designed for long-term observation

Each email should note the property, date window, and data cutoff date. When there is not enough evidence, say so clearly instead of forcing a recommendation.

Current development boundaries

Daily emails are available. It must be turned on manually in settings; when the send result is unclear, it will not resend automatically. Payment is not integrated; there is currently no charge.

What a useful daily report contains

It must include the property, search type, date range, data cutoff, and limitations. Summarize changes first, then list at most a few evidence-based questions, and finally give verifiable actions. When there is no obvious change, say so honestly rather than creating an alert every day.

Daily sending is not the same as daily real-time

The daily report is a sending frequency; GSC data has delays. Reports should analyze available data and not mechanically compare yesterday's incomplete data with complete history; old and new windows also need consistent definitions.

Delivery and subscription

With an active paid subscription, enable daily email for one website and choose your timezone and delivery time. Delivery status is recorded and duplicate sends are prevented. Failed access or missing data never becomes a fabricated report.

How to get started

After subscribing, choose a website and enable daily email in account settings. Reports are saved in your history; delivery status appears in settings. Stopping emails does not cancel payment. Cancel renewal in Subscription and billing.

Frequently asked questions

Will I automatically receive it every day now?

After enabling the subscription, it is scheduled by the selected time zone. Failed preparation retries up to three times; when data is insufficient, it will not fabricate a report. You can view delivery status in settings.

Is the daily report real-time data?

No. The email is scheduled to send daily, but the analysis is based on available Search Console data, which has delays.
