How AISEO Site processes sign-in, Search Console, AI report and billing data, and how to request access or deletion.
Identity and search data
Google identity is used to sign in. Encrypted OAuth tokens provide read-only Search Console access. Search summaries and analysis records are stored to provide reports and history. We do not collect your Google password.
AI processing
When you request AI analysis or enable daily email, selected search metrics and limited page/query/country rows are sent to the AI processor. Google tokens and your email address are not sent as analysis input.
Stripe billing
Stripe receives your account email, name, subscription identifiers and payment details entered on its checkout. AISEO Site stores Stripe customer/subscription identifiers, status and billing-period timestamps. Card numbers are not stored by aiseosite.
Deletion and retention
Disconnecting removes local Google tokens and analysis history. An ongoing paid subscription must be cancelled before account deletion. Billing records may be retained for accounting, dispute resolution and legal obligations. Request access or deletion through the contact page or [email protected]. Do not send passwords or payment-card numbers.
Account diagnostics
We record registration and login times, browser-declared language and timezone, and approximate browser, operating system and device type from the User-Agent for account support and service operations. We do not build device fingerprints or store raw IP addresses in the member profile. Login history is retained for up to 90 days; account metadata is removed on account deletion. Country is not inferred from your language or timezone.
Workspace data and sharing scope
Saved search snapshots, checks, content/language revisions, answer samples, tasks and reports belong to their workspace. Members access assigned sites only. Private pages stay out of sitemap and do not load 51LA; live Google reads use the acting user’s authorization.
Tool input and external reads
Anonymous syntax tools send input to this server without publishing a result page. HTTPS checks and audits request public destinations without user cookies or Google tokens. Workspace results are retained for review. Do not input secrets or client data you lack permission to process.
Optional data connections
GA4 requires additional Analytics read permission. Index versions come from Google URL Inspection; lab performance comes from PageSpeed/Lighthouse. Failed connections remain unavailable rather than using demo values. Data and URLs are sent to the corresponding service.
Account deletion and collaboration records
Account deletion removes personal records and owned workspaces. Membership elsewhere is removed and pending jobs stop; collaboration records remain there with system actor fields de-identified; personal details in manually written text require workspace-owner handling. Support requests, legally retained billing and historical backups follow separate processes; no instant purge from all backups is promised.
Public visitor analytics
Public pages use 51LA visitor analytics. Account, administrator and private workspace pages do not load it. Tool inputs are not placed in result-page URLs. Business data processing and public visitor analytics serve different purposes.
