Cannot log in with Google
Confirm your account on the official Google sign-in page, complete authorization and read the specific error returned to AISEO Site. Sign-in and access to a Search Console property are separate checks; an invited test email is not required. Reconnect if authorization has expired, then choose the property. Never submit your Google password to this website.
Website does not appear
Check whether the current Google account has property access permission; if necessary, confirm the property and account on Google's side, then reconnect.
Data shows as empty
Check the date window, country, and website. Empty, unauthorized, API failure, and true zero are different states.
AI analysis fails
Keep the error message and check subscription access, the current daily allowance and the interval between requests. Separate a data-fetch failure from an AI-service failure. Avoid repeated runs; a failure is not zero search performance. For support, provide the time, property scope and non-sensitive error text.
Find old results
Go to analysis records and filter by website. Disconnecting will delete this user's saved records for this site on this site; first confirm whether you need to keep your own notes.
Troubleshooting order for login errors
Confirm Google authorization completed, check that the selected account has access to the website, then review the returned error. Do not try different passwords here: AISEO Site never collects your Google password.
Submit valid issue information
Provide the error page, time, selected property scope, and non-sensitive error text; for necessary screenshots, first remove emails, tokens, and business secrets. The contact form only saves to a queue and does not promise that an external email has been sent.
Distinguish errors from zero first
API failure should show failure; a valid request returning zero is called zero; a report not being applicable is unavailable; little data is a low sample. Mixing these into "no traffic" leads to wrong decisions.
Issues, tasks and verification
Save evidence and review it before recording an action, assignee and actual change. A completed task does not auto-resolve an issue. Delivery, Google index version and search observations remain separate; keep unknown states without evidence.
Tools and bounded audits
Paste checks describe the supplied document. URL checks read public HTTPS within declared scope and budgets. Failures, robots exclusions, partial results and completed processing are distinct; no live Google test is performed.
Team access and invites
Owners manage workspaces and site-scoped invites. Editors work on assigned sites; viewers read only. Invites require the intended verified email. Removing a member revokes workspace access immediately; Google tokens are not transferred.
Still not resolved?
Provide reproduction steps and error messages; do not attach keys or passwords.
Distinguish status first, then troubleshoot
| Status | First check | Next step |
|---|---|---|
| Google sign-in failed | Check the selected account and returned error | Sign in on Google and reconnect if authorization expired |
| Property not appearing | Account permissions in GSC | Confirm property scope on Google side |
| Empty data | Window, country, property, and error message | Do not treat failure as a real zero |
| AI analysis fails | Quota, call interval, and service status | Keep error information, do not repeatedly request |
| History not found | Site filter and whether disconnected | Records cannot be restored out of thin air after disconnection |
