Pages and Queries

Which pages are worth checking first?

Observe pages, queries, and countries separately. They provide different clues; do not present independent reports as precise correlations.

Connect one page with the queries that actually belong to it

Separate rankings are discovery lists. The operations workspace can save exact-page joint query/country/device/date evidence; hidden queries remain absent.

On a narrow screen, scroll the table sideways to read the verification column.

Work through the distinction

Teaching scenario: a size-selection guide and a desk product page may both mention width. One helps choose dimensions; the other verifies a specific item. Preserve both when they answer different tasks.

How it works, data boundaries, and applicable conditions.

What problem does this page solve

Find specific search entries worth checking. The page list answers which URLs are seen, the query list answers which demands appear, and the country list helps understand market composition; the three are not a row-by-row correlation table.

Complete a check with one URL

Pick an important page with impressions, add a page filter for that page in native GSC, view related queries, and open the actual content. Confirm whether the page answers readers' questions, then note what content to adjust; do not create a new article based on a single keyword.

Page list: Check existing content

Observe which URLs gain impressions and clicks. Prioritize checking pages with data rather than creating duplicate pages for similar terms.

Query list: Understand reader tasks

Queries are demand clues, not instructions to write directly into titles. Combine pages and search results to judge informational, comparison, or transactional tasks.

Country list: See market differences

The same page may serve different tasks in different countries. Low-sample countries need longer time windows. The current list does not provide precise query-to-page correlation.

From pages to reader tasks

Pick an important page with impressions and note the problem it promises to solve. Apply a page filter for that URL in native GSC, then look at the corresponding queries. Organize queries by the same reader task rather than creating an article for each term.

Queries and pages cannot be paired row by row

The page and query rankings are independently sorted; their first rows do not correspond. In SEO operations, save exact-page joint query/country/device/date evidence with optional query/device filters. Native GSC remains available for other views; hidden queries are not recovered.

Determine priority

Choose actions based on the page's business role, impression scale, query relevance, and the actual problem it addresses. High-impression but irrelevant queries may not have commercial value, and fewer but clear purchase-research queries should not be ignored.

Observe one change

Record the modified URL, launch date, and adjustments, keeping a consistent market and window. Click changes require looking at query composition as well; extend observation for low samples. The current system does not automatically prove that a change caused growth.

Frequently asked questions

Why doesn't the list equal all searches?

Search Console may hide privacy-sensitive queries, so detail totals may not equal overall data.

Does it automatically create articles?

No. The product reads data and offers suggestions; it does not automatically write articles or modify your site.
