Do search entry points capture purchase demand?
Category pages answer how to choose; product pages explain whether it applies. Find search clues first, then return to the real pages to check.

Bring one real product or collection page. Search evidence identifies the entrance; product truth and purchase behavior need your storefront and business records.
On a narrow screen, scroll the table sideways to read the verification column.
| What you observe | What to do | What to retain or verify |
|---|---|---|
| Specification searches land on a collection | Check whether readers can compare the requested dimensions and reach the relevant item. | Keep actual available specifications and working filters; do not insert invented stock or compatibility. |
| Clicks increased after an edit | Compare the same search scope and separately check sessions, carts or enquiries in your own system. | Do not convert clicks into orders or revenue using an assumed rate. |
Work through the distinction
Teaching scenario: a buyer looking for a narrow desk needs width, depth, room-clearance advice and a route to an in-stock item. Repeating “narrow desk” adds none of those answers.

Without order, inventory, or Merchant Center data, clicks cannot be inferred as sales growth.
Before using it, understand these details.
How it works, data boundaries, and applicable conditions.
Choose one type of page first
Observe product pages and category pages separately to avoid mixing different tasks into one site average.
Check page coverage from queries
Brand terms, specification terms, and comparison terms need different answers. Return to the page to check whether the information users need is clearly visible.
Results need business data to supplement
AISEO Site currently does not read orders, inventory, or Merchant Center. Search clicks are not sales; revenue must be verified in your own systems.
Break pages down by shopping stage
Product pages usually answer specifications, price, and suitability; category pages help compare and filter; articles may answer pre-purchase questions. Observe these tasks separately to avoid conflating content impressions with product inquiries.
An actionable inspection process
Choose product or category pages with data, check queries by page in native GSC, then verify visible specifications, inventory, shipping, and action entry points. Only fix real gaps; do not add nonexistent specifications or promises for keyword frequency.
What evidence does conversion need
Search clicks are only on-site clues. Whether users add to cart, inquire, or purchase depends on your own analytics and order systems. The current product does not read this data and cannot calculate ROI or treat clicks as revenue per unit price.
Work with product enhancement reports
Product structured data, GSC product enhancements, and Merchant Center feeds each have boundaries. First keep real page information consistent, then check errors in the corresponding tools; do not use AI to guess that a feed has been approved.
